Travel to Iceland post pandemic

The mystical landscapes, waterfalls, hot springs, geysers, lava fields, and caves are unique to Iceland and nothing like you’ll see anywhere else! Visiting Iceland over the Summer months is great for hiking and festivals while the Fall/Winter is perfect for viewing the Northern Lights and ice caves. Understandably one of Iceland’s most popular attractions, The Blue Lagoon is a geothermal spa that is full of nourishing minerals for your skin. Be sure to venture out of Reykjavik and discover what Iceland has to offer!

Travel to Costa Rica post pandemic

Costa Rica

Ah, one of my favorite destinations! Costa Rica is full of lush rainforest, tropical beaches, biodiverse wildlife, and plenty of adventure. The peak season for Costa Rica is between December – April, this is known as their dry season. However, the rainy season is an excellent time to visit as it is less crowded and the tropical rain comes down for only 5-10 minutes throughout the day. Be sure to visit the National parks and volcanoes, try a new thrilling outdoor activity and indulge in authentic Costa Rican cuisine!

Travel to Canada post pandemic

Canada can be easily overlooked by travelers, but it’s a perfect destination for nature lovers and thrill-seekers. Take advantage of Canada’s outdoor activities including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, camping, mountain biking, kayaking, and so forth! See the Canadian Rockies, experience the Northern Lights, immerse yourself in the Parisian influence, or explore one of Canada’s large cities. The adventure is endless, and the locals are very friendly!

Over the last couple of years, Colombia’s tourism has grown and travelers from all over the world are discovering the country’s beauty. Colombia is home to many unique adventurous experiences including rafting, rock climbing, water-skiing, horseback riding, hiking, cliff jumping, and snorkeling! The walk-able cities are perfect for connecting with the locals, trying fresh Colombian coffee, and getting a taste of Colombian hospitality. Travel to Puerto Rico post pandemic

Puerto Rico

Puerto Rico’s tropical climate makes it the perfect destination to visit year-round. The country is full of rich history and its vibrant culture radiates throughout. Indulge in a dynamic mix of cuisine stemming from a Spanish, Caribbean, and African influence, relax on the dreamy beaches, mingle with friendly locals, or take up surfing in the gorgeous crystal clear waters. Puerto Rico is the ideal solo traveler destination as it’s easy to navigate and most importantly, safe!

Travel to Switzerland post pandemic

Two words: The Swiss Alps and chocolate! What more can you desire?! Undoubtedly, Switzerland is the ultimate destination for winter activities, exploring the mountainous landscape, and living in awe of the jaw-dropping lakes, castles, and scenery. Explore various regions of Switzerland and take note of the diversity from boarding countries such as Germany, France, and Italy. Of course, don’t forget to try the chocolate and take some home with you!

Travel to Petra and Jordan post pandemic

Jordan is home to one of the seven wonders of the world – Petra, an archaeological site dating back to 300 B.C. Petra, also known as the Rose City due to the color of the stone, is understandably most travelers’ reason to visit Jordan. While you are visiting Jordan or planning your visit, continue to explore the culture-rich country by camping in Wadi Rum, experiencing floating in the dead Sea, joining the locals for tea, and fully indulge in the tasty cuisine historically influenced by surrounding countries such as Lebanon, Turkey and Iraq.

Travel to Croatia post pandemic

Last but not least on the list, Croatia! This beautiful country’s tourism has increased over the past couple of years making Croatia a popular destination year-round. Croatia is known for its stunning beaches, boating, diving, and snorkeling in the Adriatic Sea, and plenty of fresh seafood dishes! Get lost in one of its many cobblestone cities, visit historical sites, or one of eight national parks. A wine tour is a must when visiting Croatia and if you’re a GOT fan, you can visit filming locations or partake in an organized tour. Summer months are the most crowded; therefore, I recommend visiting in May or September – you can still experience the beaches, cities, and water activities in the warm weather!
